Welcome to AUKbe Store. By using this website and registering for our Domain Names, Web Hosting, or VPN services, you ("You" or "Registrant") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service established by AUKbe Store ("Company").
1. Hosting & VPN Billing and Subscriptions
To maintain high-quality infrastructure for our NVMe Hosting and WireGuard VPN services, we enforce a strict billing cycle:
- Invoice Issuance: Renewal invoices are generated and sent to your registered email 7 days (1 week) prior to the expiration of your current subscription.
- Grace Period & Suspension: If payment is not received by the exact Due Date, a 2-day grace period is provided. Failure to pay within this period will result in immediate Suspension of your Hosting or VPN access.
- Termination: If no payment is made within 7 days after the initial Due Date, your account and all associated data will face Termination (permanent deletion from our servers). Data lost due to termination cannot be restored.
2. Domain Name Registration Agreement
AUKbe Store provides domain registration services in partnership with Global Domain Group LLC ("GDG" / Dynadot) as the sponsoring registrar. By registering a domain through AUKbe Store, you agree to the following ICANN and GDG mandated policies:
A. Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and reliable contact details (Name, Address, Email, Phone). If any of this information changes, you must update it within seven (7) days. Providing false information or failing to respond to verification emails within 15 days constitutes a material breach and will result in the immediate cancellation of your domain.
B. Expiration and Renewal Periods
Domain names that are not renewed prior to their expiration date are subject to the following phases:
- Post-Expiration Period (40 Days): The domain will be placed on "Hold" status. Your website and emails will stop working. You have no right to modify the domain or generate parking revenue. AUKbe Store/GDG may auction the domain to third parties within the first 30 days of this period if left unrenewed.
- Deletion Period (30 Days): If not renewed or auctioned during the Post-Expiration phase, the domain enters a 30-day deletion period. Restoration during this time is subject to heavy registry penalties and additional fees.
C. Domain Transfers
You expressly appoint AUKbe Store and GDG as your Designated Agent to approve Change of Registrant requests. Domains cannot be transferred under certain conditions, including:
- Within the first 60 days of initial registration.
- Within 60 days of restoring an expired domain.
- During the last 10 days of the Post-Expiration Period.
- If the domain is subject to a legal dispute, court order, or fraud investigation.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibitions
AUKbe Store maintains a zero-tolerance policy against network abuse. You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using our Domain, Hosting, or VPN infrastructure for the following activities:
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, participating in botnets, or taking any action that results in our IP addresses being blacklisted.
- Torrenting & P2P: Using our USA WireGuard VPN or Hosting servers to download, upload, or share copyrighted material (Torrents/P2P) in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
- Malicious Activity: Hosting phishing pages, distributing malware, pharming, defamation, trademark/copyright infringement, or engaging in fraudulent schemes.
Violation Penalty: Engaging in any of the prohibited activities will result in immediate, unannounced Suspension or Termination of all your services (Domains, Hosting, and VPN) without the right to any refund.
